Please note that in order for us to minimise delivery time and to be able to keep international delivery free, we replace any original boxes of the product with a smaller, more ergonomic and more secure packaging option. Large models are shipped in plain boxes and smaller models may be shipped in padded pouches.

How many days until I get my order?


FOR USA, December 3rd is the last day we recommend placing an order if you want to receive it before Christmas. If you place an order later then this date, we can't guarantee a delivery before Christmas.
 

FOR EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, December 8th is the last day we recommend placing an order if you want to receive it before Christmas. If you place an order later then this date, we can't guarantee a delivery before Christmas. 

Models marked as "pre-orders" ordered from December 1st will not arrive before Christmas.

 

Notice: due to high amount of orders before Christmas, delays can occur, don't wait till the start of December to place an order.

 

If you are living in Europe, Australia or the US,  shipping can take from 8 to 12 days. Shipping to other countries may take from 15 to 25 days.

I want a model that is out of stock. How long will it take to refill the stock? 

When an item is out of stock and marked as a pre-order, it will normally take us a week to three weeks to prepare them again for sale. So if the shipping would normally take 8-12 days, it could be from 15 to 30 days. 

Eurofighter Typhoon pre-orders will be processed  and shipped at the end of November/ start of December, we can't guarantee a timely delivery before Christmas for orders that are placed after  November 15th.

How long until my order is dispatched?

Once we receive your order, we aim to get it packed & labeled within 24h. Be advised, that models, which are over 5000pcs may take longer to prepare.  Then your parcel gets dispatched to a distribution centre. This distribution centre then selects the fastest shipping method from a range of highly reputable couriers and dispatches the order swiftly. When your order has been dispatched from the distribution centre, you will receive an update with your tracking code. 

Has my parcel been dispatched yet?

After placing your order, your parcel is prepared within 24h and is sent to a distribution centre. It will arrive here within 1-3 working days. The team here will select the fastest shipping option to your address and will ship out your parcel in the same day. Once your order is picked up from the distribution centre by the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information as well as a link to a website where you can track your order.

 

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet and it's been more than 4 working days since you placed your order, please get in touch with us and we'll send you your tracking information manually.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you via email when your parcel is dispatched. 

Questions regarding models and manuals

Are your models pre-built or do I build it myself?

You get to assemble the models yourself from scratch. All of the required parts are included and even some extras just in case one finds its way under the couch! Just follow the provided manuals and have fun!

My order is missing parts, what can I do?

In the very rare circumstance that your model is missing certain parts, please fill out our Missing Part Form and a member of the team will arrange the parts for you swiftly to get you back to your build as quickly as possible!


We work with partners worldwide such as BrickLink and BrickOwl to find the fastest method possible to have these replacements delivered so that you can continue your build. In most cases you should have your replacements within 72h your initial email.

Do I get a paper instruction with every model?

No, some of the models have an electronic instruction, which is provided to you via email when you make a purchase.
